About Us

Create Personal Power (CPP) specializes in business, personal, individual and group training and instruction. CPP clients (which include business owners, salespeople, speakers, trainers, coaches and authors) become skilled at increasing their personal power by implementing specific tools and processes taught via CPP products and one-on-one training.

The CPP approach is to train from "no mind" and 100% spirit/heart. CPP Master Trainers and Personal Power Specialists lead you to your own answers and provide a solid structure that works to support and incrementally increase your power.

We are pleased to offer two training tracks:

Core Training is for individuals who wish to increase their own personal power but have no desire to become CPP Certified Personal Power Specialists.
Advanced Training is for individuals who have completed Core Training and wish to pursue certification to teach CPP principles to others.

Michelle Rigg - President, Founder, Master Trainer

Personal power expert Michelle Rigg has relentlessly dedicated her life to finding and developing an inner, "no mind," pure heart voice that cuts through pain and hopelessness like a hot knife through butter. She has written and published two books: The Strength Of Being Out Of Your Mind and her latest book, You Must Be Out Of Your Mind: A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating More Power In Your Life.

Marci Tjader - Certified Personal Power
Specialist (Level 1 Certification)

Marci began climbing the ladder of success in corporate accounting, but realized she was not as happy as she could be. Her entrepreunerial spirit drove her to start several businesses before she settled into her life's calling: helping others learn how to live to their fullest potential.

Marci's focus is working with children (babies to teens), parents, entrepreneurs, professionals in career transitions, professionals striving to exceed in their fields, individuals dedicated to self-growth and a higher awareness, and individuals dealing with emotional and health addictions or limitations.

Mary Kay Garrett - Certified Personal Power Specialist (Level 1 Certification)

Mary Kay began her professional career with 15 years in Corporate America. She helped design computer software applications, was a corporate field trainer for CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems, and a corporate trainer for improving customer service in retail stores. She then transitioned to direct sales and built a team of 400+ women who generate more than $1.5 million in annual sales. During this time Mary Kay also began her journey to live in her truth and maximize her personal power.

Mary Kay's focus is working with direct sales professionals looking to take their businesses to the next level, corporate professionals looking to take their careers to a higher level, parents searching for ways to have more powerful relationships with their children and help their children achieve higher spiritual levels, empowered women, people with addictions, and anyone who is asking, "Isn't there more to life than this?".

Judy Flynn - Personal Power Specialist

Judy’s extensive experience includes 31 years of dedication and commitment to her sales and marketing career in the computer and telecommunications fields. The shock of industry downsizing triggered health and relationship challenges, along with deep questions such as ‘What am I going to do now?”

Searching deep within, Judy called upon her inner strength and attracted many resources to help reinvent herself. This included creating her own business as an independent sales representative for several wholesale clothing, accessories and gift manufacturers in the resort/souvenir retail industry.

Judy’s focus is working with adults looking for "what’s next" in their lives, those seeking a higher standard of health and wellness, those seeking clarity and increased balance, individuals caring for aging parents, and people who seek to move through adversity easily (including ending self-sabotage and old patterns). Dr. Beth Halbert - Personal Power Specialist

Dr. Beth has 25+ years of coaching and consulting in corporate America and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She started her personal inner journey at age 14 and it has been her life's priority ever since.

Dr. Beth's personal sense of achievement and joy has been through her work with families and teens. Dr. Beth is the creator of music CDs for parents and children, host and designer of a National Teen Teleconference, and has a radio show, Bridging the Parent/Teen Gap, on www.womensradio.com. She is a national keynote speaker and creator of various tools and teen/parenting programs.
