Our one-on-one training program will provide you with tools, techniques, and personal assistance that dramatically accelerate positive change. Here is how we get started:

  1. We schedule a one hour, face-to-face meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to clarify what you want and discuss strategies to help you achieve it. (If time or distance make it difficult for us to meet face-to-face, we can schedule a telephone appointment instead.)

  2. You receive a packet of tools that provide step-by-step processes for achieving your goals.

  3. You check in once daily by phone for continual support. (This requirement is reduced and eventually eliminated as you advance in your training.)

  4. We speak twice each week for 30 minutes per session to ensure successful implementation of the tools and techniques and to answer your questions.
