If you are struggling to keep a roof over your head and put food on the table, how concerned are you about self-actualization? Do you think it is a "need to have" or a "nice to have?"
Putting it another way, if the needs listed in the bottom two tiers of the pyramid are not being met, how concerned will you be with the top three tiers? If you're like most people, a sense of "lack" will overwhelm just about everything else. Until you can consistently meet the needs listed in the bottom two tiers, you will probably find it difficult to focus on anything in the top three tiers.

- All Five Tiers: There are concepts in Michelle Rigg's book, You Must Be Out of Your Mind, that can impact any of the five tiers in the pyramid. The same goes for her Laser Lesson CDs, though these CDs do focus on one topic at a time.
