Meet Personal Power Specialist Marci Tjader

After amazing leaps up the ladder of success in her corporate accounting career, Marci realized she was not as happy as she knew she could be. While working full-time and taking college courses in Accounting, she decided to change her educational focus to Psychology. Answering an advertisement for an internship led her to the most pivotal point in her career journey.

Marci's assignment was to be the Seminar Director for an Arizona based coach, author, and speaker, Michelle Rigg, owner of Create Personal Power. Through gaining first hand knowledge of the proven tools and techniques of the CPP process, Marci was able to embark on a new chapter of her life.

With a child on the way and a strong yearning to connect with other mothers to create the best life possible, Marci left the corporate world. She started a business called Mommy Networking that connected working mothers within the community. She also started her own Baby Signs® business, teaching communication through sign language with hearing children as young as 6 months.

With a sense that she was called here to do more, Marci trained to become a Create Personal Power Specialist. Through the use of the CPP coaching tools and Marci's determination, she has learned to use her heart as her true power source to guide her in all personal and business choices.
